For my 20% time project, I chose to do embroidery. I wanted to do this because I have a bunch of old pairs of jeans that I figured I could "spice up" with some cool designs. So far, I have learned the running stitch, which is the most basic of hand sewing stitches. I don't have any questions thus far, but when I get further I think I might. I think getting the materials for embroidery was the most difficult part. Next week, I hope to master the running stitch and learn the basting stitch.
